I just got the email that estimated ship date is: Dec 18th 2023.
That’s just insane. (And very sad. )
3 weeks ago the estimate was 2-3 days once entered production.
Wow. I ordered mine on Oct 14.
That’s 2 and a half weeks after mine, however i don’t expect them to work on Dec 25-29 week.
So in 10 days they got 8 days worth of job.
Kind of reasonable I guess.
Still pretty wild compared to the plan in the email from Oct 25.
My order was on October 15th and my estimated date is January 3rd 2024. Seem like the first two days had the bulk of the orders which makes sense.
Honestly I’m more than a little disappointed, 81 days. That is insane. Even when things started getting pushed back I thought it’d only be the first week of December. 2024? Wild. Especially given that this is the most expensive product in its category
I ordered mine on the Oct 13th and got an email on Nov 2nd saying that it was going into production (which also asked me to confirm my cable selection), but have not received anything about an estimated shipping date.
My situation is similar . I ordered on the Oct 13th and got a production notice, only, on the Nov 7th. I just went with a previously mentioned estimated 2 week turnaround. There was not an estimated ship date or any other communication, but Fri (Nov 17th) I got an incoming package notice from FedEx.
The listed sender address appears to be commercial freight forwarding US address for Canadians and the weight seems about right - 42Lbs.
What was the name of the company this is being sent through out of interest?
I was told one of mine was shipping last week but haven’t heard a tracking number, however both FedEx and UPS do notify us for anything inbound (and we have 10-20 packages a week so it’s a bit hard to tell “What’s the HL15, if any?” unless the sender is something like 45DRIVES!).
A reverse search brings up an Orion Limited www.shiporion.ca with an Eron Colbus listed.
Makes sense to me as an assist for getting products from Canada into the US quickly for distribution. Plus this is the only product from Canada I am expecting.

@Ashley-45Drives Does tracking information get emailed? I haven’t seen any and was expecting one of the three units that we ordered to ship sometime late last week.
read the email again, it states “2-3 days after YOUR UNIT enters production” they only have so much space on the line, and your unit probably hasn’t started on the line yet, thus it hasn’t entered production.
