What is the name of the screws to open and close the hl4/8?

i received my hl8 Chassis & Backplane a few days ago and had alot of fun building it. but after a few opening and closing i noticed i could not use one of the srews as it is supposed to :

Does anyone know what type of srew that is so i can get a new one?

I’d send a note to info@45homelab.com. The thumbscrews should not break so easily or quickly. Also, I’m not sure how easy the screws are to replace on their own even if you could source them, they might need to replace the panel.
