Ordering from Europe

Hello 45HomeLab!

I’d like to get my hands on one of HL15s soon.
I’d be ordering from the EU (Germany to be precise).

I thought about travelling to the US and bringing into the EU myself, but I learned I’d need to pay 19% import tax anyway.

I tried getting the tax and shipping estimates by following the ordering process on the website, however, they are both shown as $0.00, even at the step where you give your payment info and press “complete order”

I’d like to know:

  • If 45HomeLab handles the “Import One Stop Shop (IOSS)” process
  • If yes, what would be the tax amount?
  • How much does the shipping cost?

These questions are regarding the Full-Build and also case-only

I couldn’t find any contact information for sales on the website, so I defaulted to here.

We are currently looking into other payment options for the store but if you would like to place an order now please reach out to info@45homelab.com as they will be able to accept additional payment methods not currently supported by the store.
