Noctua Epyc Cooler

Has anyone installed the noctua nh-d9 in their HL15? If so was there any improvement over the stock cooler?

My question would be, and this is kinda hard because of how noctua calculates it, but based on the 4U chassis how does one of the Noctuas that fit the board (https://ncc.noctua.at/motherboards/model/ASRock-Rack-ROMED8-2T-BCM-6448) but also fit into the case, compare against the stock cooler?

Also how much should N → S vs E → W cooling on the motherboard compare? This is coming form someone who put in the largest noctua that would clear in my current setup to make sure I had enough thermal sink even when checksumming linux isos.

edited Or do I also dare ask if anyone has tried to shove an Epyc AIO in?

I did custom hardware but i had a NH-D12L which was the largest cooler i could fit, threw it away because it was terrible. the Assassin Mini i replaced it with keeps me from throttling as much as the noctua did
