I received my HL15 today, but noticed there were no included screws to mount the rack ears on the chassis and there were no standoffs or motherboard screws for the motherboard. It would appear that some sort of non-standard female-to-female standoff is necessary. Perhaps neither of these things were guaranteed, but is there a suggested place to purchase them? I’ve been building computers for ~15 years and every case comes with these items.

It should come with screws. For me there was a small cardboard box packaged with the HL15 that included a small blue baggie with lots of different screws, cable ties and rubber feet.

Ah okay thanks for the confirmation. I triple checked the HL15 packaging and don’t have that inside. The only box I have included the rack ears, power cable, and excess power supply cables.

I’d recommend reaching out to Vikram or to info@45homelab.com. Mine arrived missing some things and I reached out to Vikram and he got me sorted out same day and I had the missing pieces at my house less than a week later.

Hi! I just got my rack ears (they were missing in my full build). It didn’t come with screws, any idea what kind of screws to use?? I probably already have some similar here, just want to know which type I should be using, thanks!

HI @pducharme, Looking at the order there should have been 6 screws with the rack ears. These screws would have been 8-32 x 1/4 flathead
