This might be something that 45HomeLab needs to address in a revision 2 of the HL4/8 systems. My HL8 also arrived with these 1/4" 4/40 screws coming loose. I took a picture of it and called it out my post below.
@Vikram-45HomeLabs is this feedback you could take back to the engineering or design team? Fix might be as simple as a little bit of blue Locktite on these screws. I think you’re going to find not just new units with these screws coming loose but also deployed units as time goes on.
