In My experience, the failure rate is much lower. Customers have had drives in their systems for 6 or even 8 years without issues. it’s more about the use case and how much you read and write to the drives.

but yes we will handle the whole RMA process for any drive that is still under warranty if purchased through us and our suppliers

The reason our prices are in USD is that we buy our components in USD and most of the 45Drives customers are also in the US or deal in US currency. we are looking into the potential of having a CAD option on the site
