Can't connect to Houstoin web UI 9090 not open

Fresh setup no web ui. ss -tulpn shows:

Any ideas? sometimes I miss the obvious int he lab.

SOLVED: With command: systemctl enable --now cockpit.socket

When you are connecting via SSH, the message of day prompt will include what you are reporting as part of the welcome prompt.

if you log in directly then you will not see this information.
