5 volt rail capacity with 15x WD Golds + 9x Micron SSDs

I just received my HL15 with the 1000-watt power supply. I plan to use the full 15x HDD capacity, but i also plan to install 9x SSDs. the SSDs will use a combination of both Oculink ports (4x drives per Oculink) and then one more drive running on the orange-ish colored SATA ports on the MOBO.

Each of my Micron SSDs say they have a peak power draw of 1.7 amps on 5 volts which means at startup (at least) i could draw 15 amps just on these drives. I know regular HDDs do use the 5 volt rail (although to my understanding mostly just for the drive controller PWA). I do not know what the 5-volt specific power draw is for the HDDs though, and i do not know how much current the MOBO will draw on the 5 amp rail.

the RM1000x is rated for 25 amps (150 watts) that is also shared with the 3.3 volt rail.

has anyone tried using more than 6x SSDs in their system while also fully loaded with HDDs and had zero power issues?

i was planning to try using this drive caddy inside the system to hold 9x drives
